These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between:

And the Customer: any natural or legal person making a purchase on the store ElkHorn Hollow.

Any order placed on this store implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of virtual products (intangible digital goods) by the Seller to the Customer via the online store ElkHorn Hollow.

Article 2 — Products

2.1 Nature of Products

The products offered on this store are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, within the meaning of Article L. 221-1 of the French Consumer Code.

2.2 Product Description

Each product is described in detail on the store. The Seller undertakes to describe products with the greatest possible accuracy.

2.3 Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after the order is placed, the Customer will be informed and may obtain a refund.

Article 3 — Prices

Product prices are indicated in USD and include all taxes.

VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Article 4 — Order Process

The order process includes product selection, information entry, acceptance of these Terms, express waiver of the right of withdrawal, and payment validation.

Article 5 — Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. The Seller and Seyllo never have access to the Customer's complete banking data.

Article 6 — Delivery

Virtual products are delivered automatically and immediately via the RCON protocol on the Seller's game server.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By validating the order, the Customer expressly requests immediate execution and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal.

Article 8 — Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products (digital content delivered immediately) and the express waiver of the right of withdrawal, no refund will be granted after delivery of the product.

Article 9 — Seller Liability

Seyllo (LWCREATE) acts exclusively as a technical service provider and is not a party to this sales contract.

For any complaint regarding a purchase, the Customer must contact the Seller exclusively.

Article 11 — Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
